Introduction

Are you not a big fan of message boards? Well then you are really missing out on a hot spot. 2 Peas In A Bucket is a scrapbook based website that is just as well know for their NSBR (non scrapbook related) message board as they are for their online store. 2 Peas is number one on every scrapbooking top 100 list on the net as well mentioned in several scrapbook publications. Yeah, their site is good, but would probably be nothing with out the colorful ladies of the NSBR board. These woman share their experiences with the cyber world on everything ranging from having a hang nail to just short of admitting murder. Well, there was that one recent online suicide attempt which would have cut it very close to murder had it been true. You get the point thought. These women share it A-L-L.
So you think a group of women, online community, sharing life- what a wonderful experience this place must be. You couldn't be more wrong. These women are vicious with a capital V. The claws come out on a daily bases and in some situations it could take days before the hairballs stop flying. But not to worry, the cat fighting never stops for long. If one fully peaceful day goes by on the site it is a rarity. And if there isn't any fighting going on it's because there is just a lot of self absorbed whining happening. They say women who are together a lot start to have their periods in synch with each other. I think this totally applies in the cyber world. If a cyber midol could be invented, 2 peas would be the place to market it.

So here it is. A blog that will gradually explain the workings of the 2 Peas In A Bucket NSBR message board as well as give summaries of the days action. And of course a blog wouldn't be a blog with out the authors personal opinions and I don't plan to disappoint you. This blog is the perfect place to come to if you are interested in the soap opera, but don't have time to follow the fast action pace of the board. Or if you have tried to follow along, but just get too overwhelmed by all that is going on there. Think of this place as the highlight reel. Oh, and let's not forget the those who have hairflipped (this term will be explained in a later entry). You can check in on all the action here - you know, for those 8 hours you are able to keep yourself away from the board before the urge to go back gets the better of you.

Now add me to your list of sites to visit everyday and sit back and enjoy the show. Have your popcorn ready before you start. You aren't going to want to leave until it's over.

***ONCE UPON A TIME THERE WAS A LITTLE GIRL WHO DIDN'T FEEL GOOD ABOUT HERSELF.

SHE DECIDED SHE WANTED OTHERS TO FEEL BAD TOO, SO SHE STARTED A BLOG MAKING FUN OF OTHER PEOPLE.

EVEN THOUGH SHE GOT SOME THRILLS FROM IT BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE THOUGHT SOME OF IT WAS FUNNY, SHE STILL HAD AN EMPTY PLACE INSIDE HER HEART. THIS BLOG DID NOT FILL THAT EMPTY PLACE INSIDE HER HEART.

WE'RE NOT SURE HOW THIS STORY ENDS, BUT WE HOPE SHE REALIZES THAT PUTTING OTHERS DOWN DOES NOT MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER ABOUT YOURSELF. WE HOPE THIS LITTLE GIRL WILL PUT HER TIME AND ENERGIES ELSEWHERE TO ACTUALLY HELP PEOPLE IN NEED, INSTEAD OF TEARING PEOPLE DOWN.***

THE END
