institute = put to use
the Word Verification system = that's those aggrevating as hell words you have to type in so you can post.
control panel = that's where you go to make changes to your blog

You know word verification doesn't stop spam. The spam is from a pea who wants to make reading this blog difficult. She can still paste those long constipation readings here, then type in the word verification. Word verification just makes it a pain for the rest of us.
The owner of this blog has a RIGHT to post whatever he chooses. I don't see how it is ok for someone to spam his blog.
