I also appreciate that you have removed the thread on which Ms. H*** published her defamatory remarks; however, the damage was done prior to its removal, and many people in your community read her accusations. This is not an acceptable resolution, although again--it is much appreciated.
However, since Ms. H*** published her defamatory remarks on your website, and you are the webmaster, it would be from your records that I would seek the information needed to pursue such a complaint. The most important
information I would seek would be the confirmation that Ms. H***'s public accusation that I created the 2Peas identity known as "One Special Chick, Pea #112469, date of registration 10/22/03," and posted derogatory remarks under that name, is untrue. I will post the exact remarks Ms. H*** made
(or a sampling of them, as she made many, many remarks within a short period of time overnight) following the body of this message.
I have no desire to waste time, energy and resources on a formal action against Ms. H***. Frankly, I am certain that a reasonable person can read her ridiculous remarks and view them for what they are, a clumsy attempt at character assassination. However, because her specific accusation is untrue and has defamed my character in a way that I believe
can easily be proved to potentially cause me future material damage as my clients often visit your site and read the NSBR board, I am unwilling to let the matter drop without a formal acknowlegement from Ms. H*** that
she has been made aware that she made false accusations against me which defamed my character, and along with that a formal apology from Ms. H***.
Because Ms. H*** chose to publish an untrue, defamatory statement about me on your message board, it would be greatly appreciated if this statement could be made on your message board.
Additionally, while I expect Ms. H*** to retract her statement and
apologize whether or not you confirm that her statement above is false, I'm sure she and I would both apprciate your conf irmation that this is truly the case.
I also want to make it clear that I am *not* asking that you reveal the identity of the person who created and posted under the 2Peas ID, "One Special Chick, Pea # 112469, date of registration 10/22/03." I only ask that you confirm that *I* am not that person. Unless I chose to pursue this matter in a more formal manner, I don't think that knowledge is useful to either me or Ms. H***. If you choose to identify the person, that is
your prerogative and immaterial to the resolution of this problem, from my perspective.
If you have a better way of handling this that makes clear Ms. H***'s accusations as outlined above are untrue, I'm sure that would be fine.
Again, I recognize that you own the message boards on Twopeasinabucket.com and respect that. My goal here is that the accusations made by Ms. H***
on your message board be retracted.
Ms. H***, please consider this a formal demand that you publicly retract the statements you posted to the 2Peas NSBR board on the above-referenced dates wherein you publicly accused me of making derogatory posts under the
name "One Special Chick," along with an apology to me for defaming my character and your assurance that you do not plan to repeat this in the future. While I have no desire for this to reach the level of a formal legal action, I am also unwilling to let the matter drop without a satisfactory resolution that makes clear your accusations against me are untrue.
Mr. White, if you will allow Ms. H*** to publish a retraction and apology on your website and I find the wording acceptable (it just needs to be free of sarcasm and further innuendo and at least have the appearance of being genuine), please be aware that you could even lock the thread and allow no
responses to it and this would be acceptable to me. I have no wish to further inflame the environment on your message board.

BOS ]Nope, I can't sleep at nights so I research things.
And yeah, I think it's Seanna. So does everyone else. But no one came to
me first. No one told me to do this. I've never been the sacrificial lamb.
And yes, my friends have done some not so nice things. But none of them
have posted under troll names in at least a month. None of them are
emailing conspiracy theories to other 'groups' on the board. None of them
are bringing this garbage up every single time they get the chance.
ALL of us were taken, Kelli. Not just TOB, not just the Evils, not just
you and Vanessa and Karen...the whole entire...board.
I'm not a lamb to the slaughter, never have been. There aren't a whole lot
of people on here who are NOT my friends. As far as I know. I could have
some not so big fans, LOL. I don't care.

liked her. But then...it just got weirder and weirder. And finding out
what I've been finding out lately...It's just...I'm upset that she's been
