Mely, I don't care if you had posted it 3 days ago. I was just making a record of it. And how the hell am I stalking your posts? You posted it on 2peas for christ sakes. Why would I have to be stalking you in order to have seen the thread? You're so testy.
Mely tells anyone that listens that people stalk her. It is public knowledge. They are not following her around in a car or sitting outside her house. She is the one that posts to public MBs and has MySpace and Blogs.
I see her making her blog private or deleting everything. She is infamous for that.

Blogger can pull a blog for any reason it desires, but free speech isn't an issue here. The First Amendment applies only to governmental agencies (police, courts, public schools, etc), not to a private company.
Regardless, I doubt this blog will be deleted by Blogger. There are way worse ones hosted here.

UM OK my "gang" is a group of people I'm friends with? You just named off some of the nicest people on that board. I've been lucky enough to meet some of them in person and I hope to meet them all one day.
Someone said that me and my gang attack people every day, well if you know LM at all you know there are no attacks and everyone is positive all the time. So how can we possibly attack anyone? Unless you consider a barrage of pictures of incredibly cute kids an attack, I think you should reconsider your statement.

I love your dog in the dress and I think your daughter is cute also. I don't know about all the other crap they are saying, but I don't pay attention to drama that well. I have never seen most of the people this blogger is talking about being rude/mean/snobby. I enjoy most posts by the people she is writing about. I think this blog could have been funny, sort of like a "Days of our Lives at 2 Peas" but instead it has become the "I hate these Peas" blog.

Do you not see the difference between me posting pictures of my kids on a site all about pictures, and people here slamming me left and right? I'd love to ignore it however my friends and family and even my dog are being dragged into it.

I was saying this to dh last night and I'll say it again. I think when a lot of people are saying the SAME things about you, you need to examine yourself a little bit because something is wrong and it may only be the way you're coming across.
I admit, Mely, I wonder about your boys. They don't seem to be a very big part of your world or at least the one you present. I can't remember the last time they appeared in your siggy save for their names. You publicize a blog about your daughter ONLY. Maybe it's time to examine how you come across with that because that's obviously sticking out to people.

Or maybe it's just a safety issue because they are older, more independant and I can't always be there. I'm always with Dani and I know nothing can happen when I'm right there next to her, but I can't always be there with the boys. During the varios sporting seasons I have to run them each to different locations for different teams and then run back to get them and I hate not being able to be there right by their sides but that's simply what I have to do until we move. Maybe I dont want to post pictures of them in their team jerseys with the team sponsors on them.
They were in my siggy for a while but there were some issues with the internet in general that made me take them down. The pictures I have on myspace of the boys are several years old on purpose.
Tell you what Jamie -we've chatted for years now - if you like you can peamail me and I will give you my phone number and you can call and ask my sons if they WANT me to talk about them online.

And, if your boys are so into privacy why are their pictures on Dani's blog as well as yours? Share or don't share but the silly caveats about why you don't are making your case any better.

Actually I have discussed this issue with several people in the past - about the safety - and I dont think I am grasping. I had just had a conversation with Boo about this topic a day or two before this blog came to light. And once again - maybe my sons don't want me to post about them online.
I adore all of my children. I love them each equally but differently because they are each unique individuals. Take it at face value or try to read into it. Come on folks you are trying to say I don't love my sons because I talk about my daughter more.
Think about it. I spend much more time each day with my daughter. She is at a very different stage in her life than my sons. If my sons were 1 and 3 and all I did was talk about my daughter, I could see people wondering, but they are 10 and 13. They go to school during the day. They do activities after school. They spend the night at friends houses. They do all the things that normal older kids do. My older son just about died from embarassment when he found out I posted at peas about what he got his (ex) girlfriend for valentines day, and he got really upset when I posted that she dumped him.
Maybe I appreciate the toddler years more because I know how short and fleeting they are. Maybe I realize that I am SO blessed to be able to stay home with her at this age since I had to work full time when the boys were little. Maybe I came to the realization that I will blink and my daughter will be in middle school, or high school and the time will have just disapeared. Maybe I love holding on to every moment and maybe I like to remind others with small children to do the same, because you get caught up in the every day hassels of life and you suddenly you look and they are all grown and they dont want to hold your hand in public or they wont say cheese when they see the camera.
And maybe they just wont hold still long enough for me to get a dress on them.

I guess you forgot that I emailed you with my support when you were diagnosed with your brain tumor, and I have been nothing but nice to you when folks were on your case on a couple of recent threads. Heck I was even in your punchkins swap way back when.
I do occasionally share pictures and I said that. I just don't do it often. And I do feel funny with the pictures I share because I don't feel comfortable putting them out there. But I just can't win can I.

I know what you mean about the toddler years being so fleeting...I have a toddler AND I have school age kids...of COURSE I spend more time with the toddler...he also has more scrapbook pages because I take more pictures of him BECAUSE he is with me all day every day...
