OMG not only that the one wanting to play with her kid is 5 and 3 years younger than her kid. Protective much?

Why didn't she ask the little boy where he lived if she was concerned for him? 5 is a little too young to be wandering around the neighborhood.

Little kids come to my door looking for DS all the time. 7:30 seems a little late but it's summer and it stays light longer now. Why not just tell the kid to come back tomorrow?

I fear for all of the children of these overprotective parents. They're going to be 25 and their mommy is still going to be ruling over them like they're 5.

Or still making them sit in their car seats! A thread from a few weeks ago a pea still put her older child in a car seat facing towards the seat. That's what you do for kids under 20lbs. That child was around 7-8 years old.
